1. We require a 20% non-refundable deposit upon any portrait commission and memorial. This is to secure your spot, and confirms your booking. The deposit will go towards your final price.

2. Reference Image. Please refer to the reference photo guide located on the Pet Portraits service page. If you're unsure of what is best, I am happy to help choose one that will provide the best result. I know how precious each image can be, especially when working from older and sentimental photos, but together we can find the best reference photo to bring your pet to life on paper.

3. Final Viewing and Approval. Before shipping, you'll receive a final preview to ensure you are happy with your Pet Portait. Small tweaks such as colour adjustments and tiny details can be made at this stage.

4. Revisions and Major Changes. Minor adjustments are included in the commission. However, major changes such as changing the pose, background or to a completely different photo, will incur additional costs depending on the amount of work required.

5. Final Payment. The remaining balance will be due before the final product is shipped. No artwork will be mailed out until full payment is received.

6. Shipping and Delivery. Once the final payment is received and the artwork is approved, your piece will be securely packaged and shipped. You will receive tracking information if applicable.

7. Turnaround Time. As stated, turnaround time is 2-4 weeks, roughly. You will be given an estimated completion date at the time of booking. 

8. Communication. All progress updates and approvals will be handled via your preffered communication method. Please note this down in your enquiry what platform you prefer. Please respond within 48 hours to keep your project on schedule.

9. Artistic Style. By commissioning a portrait, you acknowledge that the artwork will reflect my unique artistic style. Please review my portfolio before booking to ensure it aligns with your vision.
