Our epoxy resin
We utilise deep-pour resin as our primary material, which is both non-toxic and free from any unpleasant odours. This type of resin is specifically designed to offer outstanding protection against UV rays, making it ideal for placement in sunny areas, such as windowsills. Our products are crafted to ensure longevity, providing durability that is intended to last a lifetime.
Our delicate process
Unless you are situated locally and can personally drop off or collect the ashes, we recommend using Royal Mail's Guaranteed by 1pm service, as it is the most secure option available. This method has been utilised successfully for many of my clients across the country, ensuring a dependable experience. My foremost objective is to facilitate the safe preservation of your pet's memory.
Turnaround time
The turnaround time for our services typically ranges from 2 to 4 weeks. We will address this timeframe during your initial consultation, especially if you have selected ashes, as this may lengthen the completion period. Rest assured, I will keep you informed about the progress and the estimated date of completion.

Designing process
Once confirmed, I will be in touch to talk through all the details, from colour to tiny details and ashes if needed. I will be as accommodating as possible to your vision, and will show you details like dried flowers before using them in your art to make sure you are happy.

Ash transport (if required)
If you wish to incorporate ashes into your memorial piece, please inform me, and I will guide you through the detailed process outlined above. Please note that this may extend the time required for completion, as it involves transportation.

Payment and shipping
Once you have reviewed the final version of your memorial and are satisfied with it, I will need to collect the outstanding balance. Subsequently, your artwork will be dispatched, accompanied by tracking information for your convenience.
